Atma means self & parishodana is Realization. This is 7days very intensive Meditation retreat. In this retreat you will practice 6 kinds of
meditation techniques and many Pranayama techniques. It is purely sadhana retreat, where you will practice more than 9 hours a day.
First we need to understand what is meditation? how we need to practice?. Its impossible to practice meditation its just an efforts we put to get into the meditative state. Different schools follows different techniques of meditation. But the purpose of all practicing meditation techniques are same. We get lots of benifits while practicing the techniques but we suppose not to struck in any of the milestones we get while in the meditation process. If we struck we cant move further. eg while practicing meditation we get relaxed its just a benifit on the way of meditation may you intended of it or not. But when you fix the purposes or senses of meditation for simple objectives you cant move nfurther. So the meditation is only observation process you need to observe conciouessly the process.

In this retreat the students will practice the sessions or held the sessions mostly in Himalayan Nature. The retreat centre is located on the peak of mountain sorrounded by the deep forest and free from all kinds of polutions. You will see the whole rishikesh from the retreat centre. Most of the practice sessions will held in the nature like peak of mountain, in the deep forest, in the cave, at the waterfall etc.
